Believe me, I know these things all too well!
At some point in my life I realized that things were going in the wrong direction, both physically and mentally!
I was very sporty as a child/adolescent and was always in top shape!
It was only in everyday working life that the whole thing became less and less and when I was about 30 I realized- I'm overweight, I don't feel really healthy and I'm absolutely dissatisfied with my condition! Happiness came through this dissatisfaction and because of
that I've always been a fighter and never give up,
the urge to do more sports again... and that's how it happened!
In the last 13 years I've done a lot - from Crosssports, Crossfit, Calisthenics, to various obstacle courses, Ultras, 24 hour endurance events and various other events! This phase in my life taught me to approach my limits and, of course, sometimes to go beyond these limits!
In the meantime I have even created my own outdoor gym in my private garden and train with people with a wide variety of starting points and previous knowledge!

Why am I doing all this?

Because it is my personal mission, I am very happy to pass on my knowledge and it fulfills me,
to show other people a way to more power, well-being, joie de vivre and a healthy body!
