I am not the typical fitness guru, in my mid-20s, hormonally in the prime of his life, who pays full-time attention to fitness and nutrition, has spent every day for years in the gym, counts his calories every day, has no tens of ,additional obligations and wants to tell you how you will reach your adonis body in a few weeks! Without doing anything, without changing...

No, I'm exactly the kind of guy who at some point fell into the everyday trap and just managed to turn the corner, a guy who sometimes really didn't know what to do anymore and yet found a way again - a guy who always motivated himself to keep going, even if life played a trick on you - with mindset, sports and a refreshed awareness of nutrition and bad habits! With this attitude I (and many others) get through life very well
and can react very well to mental and physical challenges!
Your mind can only be healthy if you have a healthy body
and your body can only function with a healthy mind!
If you feel addressed and you notice that some of the above mentioned points also apply to you and you have already realized that various downloaded nutrition and training plans do not help you and you quit after a short initial euphoria, either because of the guidelines or lack of improvement / progress, then you are just right here!
...and by the way, there is no miracle pill that changes the evolutionary interpretation of our metabolism, immune, hormonal and muscular system.
