Do you know her dissatisfaction with her own body? I also! There came a point in my life where I realized that things were going in the wrong direction physically!  

I was already very sporty as a child/adolescent and was always in top shape! It was only in everyday working life that the whole thing became less and less and when I was about 30 I realized - I'm overweight, I don't feel really healthy and I'm absolutely dissatisfied with my condition! Fortunately, this dissatisfaction led to the urge to do more sports again, and that's how it happened! In the last 10 years I've done a lot - from Crosssports, Crossfit, Calisthenics, to various obstacle courses, Ultras, 24 hour endurance events and various other events! And now we come to exactly this point, which is the point here - the way to my personal dream figure didn't fail because of the training, because of the movement, no, it failed because of the diet! You know, sport is only 30% of the way to success, nutrition is responsible for 70%! What does that mean? You can train as much as you want, if your body's diet and nutrient supply is not right, you will never achieve your goals! This is where I come into play with my concept - how, what, when you will find out in the video! :-)
