It's finally getting tight for your excess fat kilos!

Do you know the dissatisfaction with your own body? Yes, me too! With me came at some point in life, where I realized that it goes physically in the wrong direction! 

I was already as a child / teenager very athletic and was always top fit! Only in everyday professional life, the whole thing has become less and less and with about 30ig I realized - I'm overweight, I do not feel so really healthy and am absolutely dissatisfied with my condition! Fortunately, through this dissatisfaction came the urge to do more sports again and so it happened! In the last 10 years I have done a lot of things - from Crosssports, Crossfit, Calisthenics, to various obstacle courses, Ultras, 24 hour endurance events and various other events! And now we come exactly to this point, around which it goes here - at the training, at the movement the way to my personal desire figure did not fail, no it failed at the nutrition! You know, only 30% of the way to success is sport, the diet is responsible for 70%! What does that mean? You can train as much as you want, if the nutrition and the nutrient supply of your body does not fit, you will never reach your goals! This is where I come in with my concept - how, what, when you will find out in the video! :-)
